The controller of personal data is SEREALS TOV (the "Company"), registered at 116 of. 207, vul. Kozatska, Kyiv, 03118, Ukraine, represented by its Director Oleksii Krasnozhon. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI and, where applicable to data subjects in the European Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Requests concerning personal data shall be addressed to info@serealstov.lifestyle.
02Whose data
Mostly business people: farmers and their managers, buyers, processors, exporters, elevator staff, drivers and forwarders we work with on deals.
This Policy applies to personal data of: (a) individual farmers and individual entrepreneurs who sell or buy agricultural products; (b) representatives, employees and signatories of legal entities that are counterparties or principals of the Company; (c) drivers, forwarders and other persons involved in the transportation and storage of goods; (d) persons submitting enquiries through this website.
03What we collect
Names, phones, emails, positions and company details. For individual farmers — also tax number and bank details so we can pay. For shipments — drivers' names and truck numbers.
The Company processes: identification and contact data (full name, position, telephone, email); for individual sellers — registration number of taxpayer card, bank account details and data on land use where necessary to confirm origin of goods; contract, specification, quality certificate and waybill data; for transport — driver's full name, vehicle and trailer registration numbers, route and time of loading and unloading.
04Why
To agree and carry out deals, pay and get paid, move the goods, prove where the grain came from, and keep our accounts as the law requires.
Personal data is processed for the purposes of: conclusion and performance of sale, supply and agency agreements (contractual basis); organisation of transport and forwarding (contractual basis and legitimate interest); confirmation of origin and quality of goods, including for export documentation (legal obligation); accounting, tax and currency control (legal obligation); response to enquiries (consent).
05Who we share with
Only people who need it for the deal: the other party, elevators, carriers, surveyors, customs brokers, our bank and accountant — and state bodies when the law says so. We never sell data.
Personal data may be transferred to: counterparties to the relevant transaction; elevators, warehouses, carriers, forwarders and independent surveyors; customs brokers and customs authorities; banks and payment institutions; accounting and IT service providers acting under confidentiality obligations; state authorities where required by law. Cross-border transfer to buyers outside Ukraine is carried out only to the extent necessary to perform an export contract. The Company does not sell personal data.
06How long
Enquiries without a deal — 6 months. Contracts, waybills and payment documents — as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Enquiries not resulting in a contract are erased within six (6) months. Contractual, shipping, customs and accounting documents are retained for the periods established by Ukrainian legislation on accounting, taxation and archives, and thereafter destroyed or anonymised.

No cookies, no analytics. The form just opens your email app. Fonts come from Google, which sees your IP address.
This website does not use cookies or analytics tools. The contact form does not transmit or store data on the server; it generates a message in the user's email client. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which results in transmission of the user's IP address to Google. The hosting provider maintains technical logs for security purposes.
08Your rights
Ask us what we hold, get a copy, fix it, delete it (unless the law makes us keep it), or stop a certain use. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Ombudsman.
Data subjects enjoy the rights set out in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and withdrawal of consent. Requests are answered within thirty (30) calendar days. Complaints may be lodged with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, for EU data subjects, with the competent supervisory authority. This Policy may be amended; the current version is published on this website with its effective date.
